Horse Boarding
Cornerstone on the Vermillion is one of Minnesota's finest Equestrian Training and Boarding Facilities. We offer 28 beautiful acres along the Vermillion River with a state-of-the-art 80X225 heated indoor arena and pastures and riding trails. All disciplines WELCOME! Our horse facility includes all the amenities you expect at a first class facility.

Lessons
Ride with Confidence while Inspiring the CanDo Spirit in You!
We welcome all ages and levels of horseback riders including those that have never ridden before. Our Experienced coaching Team consists of Grand Prix and World Show expertise in a variety of Western and English disciplines. Our performance horsemanship lessons-mentoring sessions are customized to a rider's particular desire and aspiration.
If you would rather not ride and are interested in starting horses we have a program for you. We teach ground work and how to partner with these magnificent animals and help you understand how their minds and bodies work. Horse Training - No Experience Required!
Would you like to learn how to train a horse? NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We are offering a unique, hands on experience where you will be coached to train one of our Cornerstone horses and experience the amazing transformation (for both horse and trainer) over the course of 6 weeks. You will be able to choose the area you'd like to purse ranging from colt starting and round pen training, ground manners etc. through advanced riding maneuvers.
Horse Building Strong Families
Bring the family for this 2-hour event of horse activities! Experience "heartland Style" horse training in real time, riding English and Western, roping, reining and more! Old or young, experience or none, what a great activity to do as a family. Apprenticeships for those who are dreaming of an equestrian future!
Woman Strong Cowgirl Series
Courage, Grit and Determination... If you have never ridden a horse or are an excellent rider, this is for you! Each participant will have the opportunity to develop their skills and challenge themselves, through horse training, riding, roping, reining or show jumping. We look forward to each participant sharing their goals and aspirations while inspiring the CanDo Spirit in each of you! Enjoy our show horses or feel free to bring your own horse.
Cowhorse/Roping for Beginners
Learn to rope like a Cowboy/Cowgirl from an authentic roping horse! Allow our Professional Roper to teach you techniques, tips and tricks to enjoying this art! Experience cow horse maneuvers, drills, exercises and training tips as you learn the amazing communication between horse and rider!

Hunter Jumper Show Horses

Super Indeed is a flashy 14 year old TB mare. She was restarted in Augest 2018 after racing for 8 years. Indy is versatile, responsive, and always aims to please. She is a fun mare best suited for advanced riders. Currently top 10 USHJA 2'6 Hunter 2019. Ranked Nationally as well.
Breeze is a powerhouse with auto changes and a big jump. This mare will bring you and your riding to the next level. She is energetic and can turn on a dime making her a serious competitor in the jumper ring. Breeze is currently jumping 3' with plenty of scope to go higher, she is best suited for advanced riders.
Raspberry is a gorgeous bay TB with a big personality. She was started under saddle western in Febuary 2018 and now specializes in hunters and jumpers. Raspberry is smooth yet foward. This mare is sure to please in and out of the show ring. Currently ranked top 10, 11 in 2' & 2'3" USHJA Hunter 2019.
Calypso is a been there done that type of mare. She is a star lesson horse who takes care of her riders. Calypso is a tough competitor in the show ring and is suitable for all levels of riders.
Blue is a 4 year old TB stallion. He is flashy, slow, and well mannered making him a barn favorite. He consistently places in the hunter ring and is currently jumping up to 2'. Blue will exceed all your expectations. 2019 first year showing :Blue has been awarded Champion, Reserve Champion, 3rd place 2019 Twin City Hunter -RPHA. Placing well including 2nd at Minnesota Harvest Show - USHJA 2'
